A gorgeous little selection of vintage tins -

The Lady's Own Toilet Pins -
Very collectable, very pretty vintage tin - This small tin pin box produced by Perkins & Marmot Ltd between 1850-1935.
Toilet pins have nothing to do with washing or the lavatory. The word ‘toilet’ derives from the French toile, which means material so they were pins for material. Considered a museum piece so a wonderful item to behold.
Measures - 8 x 5.5 x 2.5cm

Player's Navy Mixture Medium Strength Tabacco -
Very collectable vintage branded tin from Player's Tobacco. Wonderful branding and imagrey. Tin is in characterful condition with one side ding and scratches in line with its age. The lid is removable and the inside is in near perfect condition.
Measures - 10 x 7cm

Oceans Queen Blend Coffee -
Vintage Ocean Queen blend coffee tin by Washington Connor & co. This is a stunning, highly collectible & beautifully lithographed vintage "Ocean Queen" blend coffee tin established in 1845. The tin features a fabulous picture of the the famous liner and is beautifully embellished with gold decorative borders. The tin is in good condition, there are some scratches and some rust bites round its edges which all add to its charm & appeal. The lid is removable and the inside is in very good condition.

The Steamship Brand Molasses Candy -
The Steamship Brand Molasses Candy Tin By Stewart & Young Glasgow
Made in England. Very good vintage condition with some minor external wear as shown. Superb old tin, making for a lovely display or storage option. Hinged tin comes away and it has been used as a pen tin previously - so thus reflected in price.
